- For any unlawful purpose, including the production, distribution, or possession of illegal content.
- To attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property
The PDF Toolkit name, logo, website design, and source code are the intellectual property of PDF Toolkit. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these without explicit written permission.
You retain full ownership and all rights to the files you process using our tools. We claim no rights over your documents.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the service is free, is $0).
6. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
